What are the opening times of the event?
November 21st: from 3:00 P.M. to 10 P.M.
November 22nd: from 1:00 P.M. to 10 P.M.
November 23rd: from 10 A.M. to 10 P.M.
Tickets
I have bought a regular tickets, which areas can I visit? A regular entryticket gives you entry to enter all halls at the venue and the possibility to spectate the outdoor activities. The only area which is not accessible is the VIP area, you need a seperate ticket for this.
My child is under the age of 6, how can they enter? Children under the age of 6 have free access to the event. No need to buy a ticket or register your child.
Is it possible to order tickets at the entry of the event? Yes it is possible to buy your tickets at the entry of the event.
I have bought a ticket for the wrong day, is it possible to use this ticket for the other day? Yes it is possible to use your ticket on the other eventday. Keep in mind that you can only use your ticket once.
Where can I park my park? You can park your car next to the QNCC itself, which is named QNCC Car Park.
How can I visit the Exhibition Halls and Drift Area? From the Car Park you can get to the Exhibition Halls by the Pedestrian Tunnel underneath the venue. When you want to go back, you can go to the Shuttlebus which departs/arrives from gate 8.
Arrival by car (regular visitor)
If you’re driving from Hamad International Airport, simply head West and follow the F Ring Road, then Doha Express Highway. Turn to Al Amir Street and finally Al Luqta Street to Qatar National Convention Center (QNCC). For parking follow the QNCC Public Parking signs.

Arrival by public transport
QNCC is accessible via the Metro Green Line service. Exit at the Qatar National Library Metro Station and proceed to walk for (0.75km) approximately 11 minutes to the main QNCC building. A single journey ticket costs QAR 2 for Standard card holders (including Family Class), while a day pass costs QAR 6. Tickets can be purchased across all Qatar Metro stations.

Arrival by taxi
Transportation services are available via Mowasalat taxis known as "Karwa”. Bookings can be made while onsite (at QNCC) by visiting the service counter of Hall 4 or via the Karwa App or Hotline: +974 4458 8888. Karwa are also available in all parts of Doha and can be hailed from the side of the road, booked in advance or found at taxi stands at the airport and at various locations around the city. We advise visitors to use registered taxi vehicles only.
