A recap of AutoMadness Qatar

It has already been over a week since AutoMadness Qatar took place at the QNCC. In this article, we’d like to look back on the three-day spectacle. The first day was entirely dedicated to the grand opening by H.E. Sheikh Faisal Bin Qassim Al Thani, the first glimpse of the exhibition floor, and the unique presentations on the Car Catwalk. Starting Thursday, November 21, thousands of car enthusiasts from across Qatar enjoyed a unique indoor exhibition featuring over 300 show cars. The following days also proved to be a huge success, as evident from the happy faces and spectacular elements that gave the show its distinctive character. Highlights included unique stunt shows on the outdoor grounds, where visitors could ride along in a Drift Taxi or experience the thrill of a 2-Wheely ride.
But it didn’t stop there—attendees could also participate with their own cars and motorcycles in the Gymkhana and Motorcycle Challenge. The Car Catwalk, already mentioned earlier, was undoubtedly one of the highlights of the event, alongside the outdoor activities. Every hour, a show was held where over 15 cars per session paraded down an 80-meter-long, 1-meter-high catwalk like models on a runway. Alongside the Catwalk, delighted visitors continuously gathered to watch their dream cars in action at this indoor exhibition.
In addition to these activities, there was also room to find the perfect equipment for your own car, visit one of the dozens of stands, grab a bite and a drink in the VIP lounge or at one of the food stands. Children had plenty to enjoy as well, with various games and activities in the kid zones. In short, there was something for everyone—whether you were a car enthusiast or not, young or old, it was the perfect family weekend outing.
